CatchTrove

About CatchTrove

CatchTrove started as a side project — a place to keep track of catches and the spots they happened at without dumping it all into a phone gallery that never gets sorted. If you fish, you probably know the problem.

What it is

A simple log: species, date, weight, location, a photo if you have one, a few notes if you want them. Catches are private to you. There's a map view so your spots aren't buried in a list, and a session mode so a day on the water becomes one entry instead of twelve.

What it isn't

Not a social network, not a leaderboard, not a competition platform. No public feed. No "biggest catch this month" on a homepage. Your trove is yours — features that make it social will be opt-in, if and when they ship.

Where it's headed

More languages (Croatian, Serbian, German, French — in that order, when each translation lands). A native mobile app via React Native. Eventually: tournament tools, team features, season stats. The parking lot is real, the timeline is honest — solo dev, things ship when they ship.
